Very nice room, good breakfast. Excellent airport transfer.
Slow check in. Only 1 staff member and we had to wait at least 10 minutes before he was able to serve us.

The room had AC. The beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff at reception was friendly. They have a shuttle from the hotel to the airport (not sure if they have it the other way around).
Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The pictures of the pool area are extremely deceiving (Why not show it as it is?). The room had a glass with water still in it- did they not clean or was water left after they washed it? The bathtub also had random hairs where if they had carefully cleaned, they would have seen and cleaned them... Unsure about how well they clean rooms.
