Modern, cute, chic and have everything you need for a layover hotel.
I could hear every single detail next door guests are doing, watching and are talking about. Walks are definitely paper thin.

The rooms are located in a nice neighborhood (Barracas) not far from the airport. They are spacious, well equipped (including AC) and the bed was big and comfy. We especially enjoyed the great selection of restaurants nearby.
Given the name "Fly Rooms Madrid Airport", I would have expected better accommodations for people going to the airport. We had to go to a different (nearby) hotel to check in, there is no parking (and nearly no legal stopping) right at the place, and no shuttle to the airport. We had to carry our load of suitcases up a flight of stairs - no elevator. I also noticed a too-strong smell akin to hairspray.
