Good friendly staff. Ideal location for exploring Santander
Only one tiny thing, the capsule for the coffee maker was the wrong size and did not fit. But it didn’t really affect our stay.

Have stayed in this hotel several times, very disappointed with this visit. It is looking a little tired, needing a revamp. Facilities poor, paper cups (not acceptable), toiletries very poor quality, hairdryer - would be faster blowing on my hair. Had reserved a parking space with the receptionist, sadly and enjoyingly to find when I tried to park car all the spaces full. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in this area of Spain for the price, this hotel now does not meet the quality expected.
