Urban Suite Santander

Beautiful room, very spacious, modern facilities with everything you need. The covered balcony area is a really lovely feature, and the fridge plus additional amenities such as soaps provided were very appreciated. Great location and value for money. The entrance is undergoing building works for a new elevator - it looks very misleading when you first arrive, but upstairs the apartments are really lovely and not disrupted by the noise.

We stayed in the Luana suite. Beautiful decor, plenty of space and light, and everything smelled amazing! Very comfy bed and choice of pillows. Great shower and the whole apartment was immaculate. Location was perfect, less than 10mins walk from the bus station, very close to an indoor market and the city centre, and loads of bars, shops and cafes nearby (shout out to El Figon across the road). Communication from the owners beforehand was excellent and made the self check-in easy. They also let us leave our luggage in their lockers for a few hours before our flight home, which gave us a chance to have a lovely walk all the way to the Magdalena peninsula and back. Very much appreciated and special thanks to the very helpful and friendly cleaning lady. Construction work in the building looked bad but the owners let us know in advance and it didn't impact our stay.

Noise from traffic, bin lorries and people outside was loud at times but was expected on a Friday night and we slept well regardless. As others have mentioned, the mirrors and transparent glass bathroom door might not suit anyone who's self-conscious or sharing with someone they're not close to (fortunately it didn't bother us as a married couple!).

The location was perfect. 8min walk from the bus station. Plenty of cafes and bars near. The decor of our room was fab and the bed was very comfortable. We were in the Paris room and it was gorgeous.

I didnt like all the glass in bathroom, i felt that there should be some frosting or markers on the glass especially the glass facing the toilet. We were in the Paris room. This remark is only minor..

Close to the market, cute interior

Very old(but not historic)apartment renovated in a shabby cute way so if it was a bit more reasonable maybe it was great stay. But when we booked it was decent price. With the neighbor’s water running right behind our bed every time they flush, and not having any privacy with bathroom…I think it was charging a bit out of its range.
