    Nice stay, a bit on the older 4 stars model with older furniture and also they didn’t had that many amenities, there were no slippers in the room and also they couldn’t be ordered. Good price-quality ratio overall.

    We stayed in August which is the quiet period in Madrid. There was so much construction around the city and near the hotel making the views something to be desired. However the hotel itself was lovely, the room was great, the pool was small but did the job, great to have so much shade during the hot period. Definitely a lovely place to stay for a week and venture into the city, you’ll need a cab though to go into the centre, unless you don’t mind a 30 min journey on the metro (vs 10 min taxi).

    Not a great experience. They try to provide good service, but you can see staff don't really care nor have proper communication. Even when you pay for late check-out they ring your droobell to ask you to check out. Staff need training and passion for what they do, they are clearly there just to get a pay check.
