Great location. Close to ferry port, train and bus stations. Comfortable, spacious room. Good toiletries in bathroom. Great views over waterfront from breakfast room.
Breakfast was a little chaotic with queues for drinks.

The staff at arrival (Christina) was very friendly, the breakfast was very good and the bed comfortable.
Staff at departure was quite unfriendly and uninterested. What was worse was the deception of the room: we paid for a big room with sea view. It had 19 photos on the website to show how nice it was (specifically 19 photos for the room type we chose!), just to find out that our room was the one on photo 19: with just one window (not a full view with 3 windows that was shown on all other photos of the room description). This is extremely deceptive and felt like a fraud to us.

Large bathroom, clean room. The location is well placed for port and train station as well as other things. Wifi seemed to work okay.
The staff did not state wifi code on check in, so had to go back down to reception. I asked for the time of breakfast and got a nonsense answer that made no sense. Was not allowed to eat in the restaurant. No coffee or tea facilities in the room. The long pillow on the bed, was impractical. Lighting in the room didn't seem to make sense by the switches.
