Mine was a big room looking out onto the street, which was quieter than expected - I had the window open to help with the heat and it didn't disturb my sleep. The hotel is well located - maybe 7 minutes walk from the bus and train station, 10 minutes from the ferry terminal, and 15 minutes at most from the Centro Botón. The wifi connection was strong. Staff were friendly and helpful on check-in, and the check-out was 12pm, which is nice and late if you have an afternoon travel connection.
I have no complaints, this was comfortable and convenient.

The location was excellent and it was dog friendly.
The bed and the pillow was very uncomfortable. One long pillow for 2 people was not good. Staff did provide a second pillow but they were very uncomfortable.

Didn't have it didn't look very appetising so went without
More staff would have been good no bar or food when we arrived all closed did say o website available. On website it said car parking assumed it was on site but had to park three streets away in car park which I have to say was secure and staff there seeing us in were very good helpful and very pleasant. Thought the car parking charge was a bit steep 10 euros would have been better.
