Location, the price for water, pool and outdoor place.
Breakfast was really nice as well. Loads to choose from
The beds were too hard.

Lovely pool. Sunny garden with loungers.
Kind of a bit neglected. The room above had a leak through the ceiling. Quite a walk from the old town in a residential area. No restaurant.
