Very nice hotel

The hotel is really good The location is perfect, it’s in the heart of Torino, near to practically everything, about 3 mins away from the main station Porta Nuova and it’s a walking distance to many attractions and sights. The staff is very nice and helpful, always present and provide what you ask for. The room are very clean. Overall I recommend this hotel ( it was my second time there)

The breakfast wasn’t varied enough. The bathroom is big but the shower is a bit small (I’m a tall guy 186)

Silly complaint really, but the bathroom light switch was outside the door on the wrong side!

Quite cozy rooms, though small. Cleaning every day. Air-conditioning included, no extra charge. Also tea and teapot were included in the room's price. Tasty breakfast of smorgasbord type for just 9 euro per breakfast. Very communicative and cheerful staff at the reception, always ready to help, answered all of my questions. Enjoyed my stay completely!

Opening top part of a first-floor window is kinda challenging. If you are of a small height, you have no chances.

Perfect place for a short stay in Turin

Nice and convenient place for short stay at Turin. Very close to the main trains station Porta Nuova. Walkable distance (15 minutes) to historic center and the main square).

Consider that there is no elevator for upper floor.

Good location near the main train station

There was no remote for the AC in the room, the front desk turned it on for you. You could not adjust the temp, so either it was freezing or it was turned off and it was very hot in July. they turned the AC off in the middle of the night , and a I had to keep calling the front desk to turn it back on . Very strange system.

Location is in Turin center, very accessible, be carefull of the construction noise.

Location is great, rooms are good, internet is fine, price is OK. The receptionist was patient with our requests.

There was great noise as the building is in renovation. We could not extend everything was booked, the cleaning lady did not give us lot of time to leave the room.

A very basic hotel in a good location to see the lovely city of Turin.

it was close to the city centre. The windows opened. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was nice and new.

The foul smell from the drains in the bathroom was overpowering . The hotel does not have any outside space and the room was very small even though we paid a supplement for a slightly upgraded room. The hotel feels like a very basic 2* . The television was hanging squint on the wall and the furniture was poorly finished.

The location is amazing, close to train station and many cafes Very helpful personel, they allowed us to check in earlier

The rooms are not in best conditions, a lot of chipped paint In one room it was hard to close the bathroom during shower since the shower door had weird construction Walls are very thin so every sound from neighbouring rooms and corridor can be heard Beds could be more comfortable
