The staff was excellent. Simona went above and beyond in organizing my train trip to Monte Carlo and helped me buy the tickets online (websites were in Italian and French). Gaida was answering my airport to hotel transfer questions even before I arrived. Janie, the housekeeper, was incredible. The views from the Terrace (and Gabriel, the barman there) are great! Two areas of the facilities need attention - the main entrance revolving doors weren't working automatically and even though I stayed for a week, Iit was still not fixed by the end of my stay. The wall sockets for phone chargers or laptops, etc need to be modernized - need to be universal.or at least have a USB port. Otherwise, overall, a great place to stay! The staff make the stay a really fantastic experience.

Hotel Turin Palace is a beautiful hotel in the best location. Directly across from the train station. Tiziano at the front desk is one one the nicest people you can hope to meet, the entire staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast served in a beautiful ball room with an endless selection of delicious choices. Can not wait to return.

The Turin Palace Hotel is very beautiful. The lobby, bar area, restaurant areas are so beautiful. The staff is very helpful. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. We were so impressed by the extras they provided. My husband had the fish and chips. They were delicious. I had the spaghetti. The flavor was amazing and paired beautifully with the wines by the glass. The hotel room was fabulous. No complaints whatsoever. We would stay here over and over. A plus, Porta Nuova Train Station is right across the street!!
