Nice hotel near Torino Porta Nuova

Easy access location

It is the fourth time I stayed there. Very friendly staff. And they have been there for some time now. Very close to city centre, train station, bus stop to the airport and the river. The reception is open 24/7. Important when the flight is three hours late. Lots of good pizza places, cafes and shops near by.

Prices have shot up significantly. 2024 £417 for three nights. Now £488. Not much has changed. Rooms are comfortable but small.

Great standard hotel for a reasonable price.

Staff fantastic, very helpful and accommodating. They also spoke fluent English which was great after a long journey and us speaking poor Italian, even though we tried! Room clean and a good size and very comfortable, with plenty of storage and surface areas. Location right next to the station which was ideal for us as we had a train booked for the following day. It’s also an easy walk to the main piazzas. We didn’t have breakfast included but got a great value coffee from the bar.

A kettle in the room (fab) but no coffee or teabags, though the hotel staff did give us 3 teabags and a jug of milk when we asked. Very minor though. I would have preferred to pay in advance rather than at the hotel to help with budgeting.

Close to the station.

The hotel is very close to the main station and only a short walk from the centre. There are restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and there was a good breakfast included in the price

The area seems safe but there were people hanging around in the street outside at night so it might not be the best place for a solo traveller.

Perfect hotel with good place

This hotel provided a truly exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to our every need. They made our stay comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and accommodating staff

Nice hotel in convenient location but you hear guests in other rooms.

Very close to Turin train station. Friendly staff on arrival and check-in. Memory foam mattress was comfortable. Room on second floor was internal and not facing the busy street. Good value for money.

Easy here to hear other guests in the corridor. Walls / doors do not block a lot of sound. Guests in nearby room were having loud sex for 90mins at midnight.

Very professional and kind staff members

The staff was particularly gentle and very helpful. They even provided me with a fridge in my room (which was not included in my original booking) and they did it for free. The staff is exceptionally gentle and kind!!!

The area - close to Porta Nuova railway station - it's a bit rough and might put people off. However I didn't feel unsafe and I have seen police patrolling the area quite regularly

The hotel is very close to the main station which is excellent. It is a bit of a walk into the centre of the town. Breakfast was good value. Staff were all very helpful.

Awsome stay!!

the staff was awsome, very helpful.They had a 24h open reception and was generous to let us leave our bags for the day after chek out. Room was clean and big.

It was close to the central station so there was (as expected) a few homeless people and some doggie characters, but it was okey. Nothing to worry about.

Decent cheap option for an emergency night near the train station

Central location 5 minute walk from Porta Nuova station. The room was clean and bed was comfortable.

THere is no lift, so had to haul luggage up 2 high floors of stairs. Room is basic.
