My husband and I stayed here before we left Milan. This hotel has easy metro access to Malpensa Airport and is close to the multiple Metro stations. The staff is available 24 hours making check-in and check-out easy. There is a restaurant on site which is convenient if you don't want to go too far from the hotel.
The rooms are clean and quite large for the area. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner and dental kits were provided in the bathroom for our convenience. I would recommend this hotel for short stays or quick access to the airport.
Although the hotel is easily accessible from MXP airport, it's not in a convenient location if you want to explore Milan. There are metro stations nearby but there are not many options around the hotel. Although the restaurant was convenient, the food wasn't the best. I think this hotel is a great place if you are moving on from Milan quickly but not the best if you plan on exploring the city.

Property was clean, neat and very spacious.
No tea, coffee- glasses or cups on the room.
Very little tissue.
Besides restaurant there is nothing else to do at this hotel. And to get room service they charge an extra 10euro to deliver a pizza to your room!!!!!
After an exhausting day at the F1 event we wanted to order n go to our room to freshen up and thought we could use room service, but it was ridiculous to know they charge so much just to bring the pizza to the room.
The Staff need a major wake up call with regards to service.
Very uptight and unfriendly. Never felt a warm welcome or any friendliness. I saw reviews where other visitors stated they had experienced friendly service and decided to book here but my personal experience was that they were very stuck up. We are now in Venice and the people are so much more friendlier and willing to answer questions and assist.

Large Rooms.
Poor customer service. Strange use of space. Not great pillows. Location and surrounding area not the best. Not sure how it is 4 stars.
