the breakfast cost 10 eur per person, but it included coffee, selection of italian regional cheese and prosciutto, boiled and scrambled eggs, yougurts, croissants and fruits.
the place is close to the railway station. the railway station itself has a bad reputation across the locals for some shady characters hanging around. but the hotel is actually in the block far from railway station which has lots pf apartment buildings, school and feels safe, second I have seen a police car during the evenings monitoring the place, so I guess the local concerns are somewhat superficial.
the quality of the hotel is very good and matches to wjat would you expect of 3star chain like Ibis or Novotel. New rooms, spacious enough, good bathrooms and so on.
if you are unlucky, you get a room facing the railways depot which is not a great view. if you are lucky you have a room on the opp side facing the city and alps which is majestic.

Friendly multi lingual staff both at reception and at breakfast. A 5 minute walk to the main station, perfect for the early shuttle bus to the airport, also easy walk to the city. The room was very modern inside and clean.
No restaurant for dinner so you have to order food on just eat if you don't want to leave.
