dell’hotel mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza del personale, siam stati una sola notte e abbiamo fatto la spa, esperienza bellissima, spa pochissimo affollata, pulita, con una piscina ed un percorso spa tra saune e docce. abbiamo anche fatto ila cena al ristorante internamente collegato all’hotel Osteria Al Tre, dove abbiamo mangiato una buonissima pizza cotta nel forno a legna. Anche la mattina seguente abbiamo fatto la colazione nell’hotel ed era piena di opzioni tra salato e dolce ed in più si potevano fare richieste di bevande al bar. La struttura ha dei bellissimi angoli ben allestiti. Non mi aspettavo nulla di che perché avevo letto delle recensioni su come fosse freddo nella stanza e che la struttura fosse poco accogliente in inverno, ma ora posso smentirla, la stanza che ci é stata assegnata era calda con un climatizzatore funzionante e termosifoni. Abbiamo preso una deluxe, che non gli mancava niente, bella e spaziosa, ed anche il bagno lo era, con una doccia molto ampia. in fine affermo la mia tristezza ad esserci stati solo un giorno, ma senza dubbio torneremo.
nulla mi ha lasciata insoddisfatta, non avrei nulla da ridire.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well stocked with a good variety. We were upgraded upon check-in which was a nice surprise. The room was well sized and maintained. The location is a short drive to centro; ample parking at the hotel.
The restaurant was terrible. We ate one night with a mosaic appetizer and two pizzas. The appetizer was mostly burnt and heavy with oil. We asked for well cooked pizzas but they were burnt on top and almost raw on the bottom. I asked the waitress if we could leave the leftover with the restaurant to reheat tomorrow and she said no. So we asked to take the leftovers with us. She gave us two boxes which we realized later were charged to our bill at 0,75 per box. We were never told of this charge. The food was simply terrible.
Also, we are not ok with not being able to control our own heat. I understand why hotels do this, but I don't like it. The room could be cleaned a bit deeper (dust and the bathroom). The bed was too hard for us and the pillows could be a bit more comfy.
