    Perfect location. Everything is walkable from the hotel. Walk from the Firenze S.M.N is also manageable despite having luggage and the cobblestones😉 Clean rooms, accommodating staff- but elevator is old, as expected

    The staff were really nice. Good location. Breakfast nice. Shower not and very noisy room. Didn't sleep well at all noisy. No tea or coffee in room but reception gave us a kettle and supplies when we asked. Would stay again but not in that room.

    We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Botticelli in Florence and would gladly return on our next visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and genuinely caring—always ready to help and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight and included in the room rate. It offered a great variety including freshly baked pastries, fruits, salads, cold cuts, and truly excellent coffee—a perfect start to each day. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with effective air conditioning and a charming view over the Florentine streets. Despite being in the heart of the city, it was quiet and restful at night. The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance to most of Florence’s major attractions, restaurants, and shops. The hotel itself is a bit older, but like many places in Florence, that adds to its charm. It has a warm, classic feel that reflects the character of the city beautifully. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Hotel Botticelli to anyone visiting Florence. It’s a wonderful combination of comfort, location, and authentic hospitality.
