Excellent location , near trams and underground. Friendly staff , helpfull , particularly as a diabetic I needed my ice packs freezing each day. Very good breakfast with a wide choice of options. Spacious room.
Very minor ...our packed vegetarian breakfasts ( as we left very early to get to the airport ) Had ham and cheese sandwiches !

Large spacy rooms

Large bedroom, bathroom had a spa bath for two plus a shower. Breakfast was superb with enough choices for all. Food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent. only 15 minutes to either the Old Town or Charles Bridge. 10 minute walk to lots of bars, shops and restaurants on quieter hotel side of river. Tram and metro stop 2 minute walk.
Sadly housekeeping were very lax at keeping coffee and milk topped up, had to keep requesting. Also the bar closes at 1100. which is a bit too early, should be at least 1200.

Location, spacious rooms, good storage.
Cleaning was a bit hit and miss. Never given a new bar of soap, towel left in sink, floor towel missed one day, cleaning polish left in room, dirty cup left in room. Breakfast was OK, but more vegetarian options on hot breakfast would be great.
