The beds were very comfy and breakfast was great. Lovely staff too.

The mattress was very comfortable, the water pressure was excellent, and the room was quiet. The air conditioning worked well, and there were plenty of towels and bathrobes. I also enjoyed the breakfasts. However, considering the price, I would have appreciated more fresh options and fewer supermarket-style pastries.

The policy of not changing bed sheets for three days was disappointing, especially during warm weather when guests may be hot and sweaty and would appreciate fresh linens. We also had several issues with the cleaning service: it often seemed limited to emptying the bins, and after the third night the bed sheets were still not changed, despite us raising the issue with management. At check-out, the hotel acknowledged the problem and compensated us by offering breakfast, which we appreciated.

The hotel was comfortable and the staff were pleasant.

Unfortunately, the area to catch public transport, not far from the hotel, reeked strongly of urine. You could see the stains and puddles. No fault of the hotel but if I was them I’d be putting pressure on the city because it was gross.
