From the minute we arrived nothing was too much trouble. We ordered numerous taxis via reception, left our cases on check-out and used the bar too. There were 3 of us and so much space in our room to get ready, especially for our family wedding reception at a Wellness Centre nearby. An absolute treat was our last day, also being one of our party's birthday, the staff all sang to her and produced the most gorgeous cake ever.

There are absolutely no complaints from us, only praise.

Property was clean and equipped with everything you could think of ! Karalina on reception is remarkable. Nothing too much trouble.

Actually nothing ! It was very good.

The room was very spacious and clean. I had windows facing the backyard so I was able to sleep with the windows open and it wasn’t too noisy, which was good since the aircon in the room wasn’t working. I requested early check-in (at 13.00) and they were able to provide me that. Breakfast was ok. Spa area was small but nice, I loved the view from the rooftop! Quiet area, a 20-30 minute walk from the city «center» and shopping streets.

When I was checking in, I had to wait a while before anyone could help me and the person before me. Also, I missed some free water in the room, since there were a coffee machine and water boiler for tea, so I had to buy water from the reception or from a store. I also missed some bathroom products like shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion (there were only a 2-in-1 shower and hair gel). I had to rent a bathrobe and slippers for use in the spa, for 4 euros each. Most hotels I have been to have this for free. Finally, on the 3rd day I wanted to use the fitness room before breakfast. It’s supposed to open at 8am, so I went there around 8:15 but I couldn’t get in, so I asked in the reception and was told that since we have switched to summertime (yesterday) they have to update the settings on the cardreader, so it won’t be open until 9am. I wish he showed some more effort to help me out, I guess it wouldn’t be so difficult to just let me in or keep the door open, or at least be a bit more apologetic… Therefore I wasn’t able to use it because I wanted to have time for breakfast as well.
