The host is exteremely helpful. Check-in is smooth at anytime as the key's in the box. Breakfast is various. We were super tired after a friend's wedding and the host allowed us to stay for a bit more before catching our train

Nice place, nice staff, but uncomfortably warm in the summer heat.

Location was good. 30 second walk from the train station. Some nice restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beautiful Rhine. Nice views out of the window of the Rhine and the vineyards. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They also spoke good English. The room was relatively nice. Not too shabby and it was clean. The bathroom was nice and spacious, and again was clean. Breakfast was fine, good selection of cold meats and cheeses, some cereal and fruit juices. No hot food for breakfast though.

The weather was around 25-30C for the whole of my stay. Because the room did not have air conditioning, it was very warm. The shutters helped keep out some of the warmth, but it was still uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. A fan in the room would have helped. There were people outside laughing and talking into the early hours as well on both nights, so I couldn't leave the window open. Similar to most German hotels, the pillows were awful. Big square floppy things that offer no support to your head or neck. I ended up rolling the other duvet I had in my room up into a makeshift pillow which was a lot more comfortable.

the window wasn’t working and I had to prop up with a bottle the whole hotel was trembling when the train passes I would not recommend this to solo female traveler , it is full of old men and you have to use the bathroom on the hall

Great views and great breakfast

Great breakfast. Great view from the room and balcony (we paid extra for this). Lovely vintage wooden bed surround with cupboards, drawers, shelves and concealed lighting . Very clean. Huge dining room with amazing views overlooking the Rhine.

Room extremely hot in heatwave - needed a fan. Reception closed most of the day.

So much better than expected!

We had relatively low expectations since we only booked this B&B because every other place was booked out. But we were surprised and got one of our best stays of the trip! Instead of having to use the code for our room, we were welcomed by the very friendly owner which very quickly took care of our bikes and explained us everything. We expected a shared bathroom, but were pleasantly surprised that it was only a shared toilet (newly renovated). A shower was actually in the room! It was also very noticeable how serious the owners took the corona regulations. Providing everything necessary and making sure the guests followed the rules as well. That, together with a great breakfast in a large room with huge windows towards the Rhine, made for a very relaxed morning!

The shared toilet was right across our room. And it wasn't exactly great hearing other guests cough and blow their noses in there very loudly. It's not what you want to hear during a pandemic, but the ignorance of other guests obviously is not the fault of the B&B.
