- The staff were professional, friendly, had always a smile on their face.
- The breakfast was huge and had a lot of variety (eggs, bread, croissant, muesli, jam, meat, fruits, cheese, coffee, tea, …)
- Good location (lots of hikes and I guess in winter, lots of snow)
- Comfy bed and blankets
- Cleaning service of the room once a day
- my BF received a little gift for his birthday (was really sweet!)
- daily SPA entry
- The room was really basic for the price (small bathroom and no ventilation inside, no balcony, …)
- Need to pay the parking (9.- a day outside and 18.- a day inside) - quite expensive for what it is (and since we already paid a lot for the nights…)
- the SPA hours (open from 15.00 until 21:00) sadly no schedule in the morning.

Breakfast was big
The front desk was very unfriendly and rude. We arrived early to the hotel, and instead of kindly letting us know that it would not be possible to check us in before 4pm (after having received an email confirmation that we can checkin earlier), they resumed to give attitude.
A friend who left ski boots behind was given back the wrong boots from the ski room. After calling the hotel to say she was given the wrong ski boots and to also for help finding the rightful owner, she was told by the hotel on the phone that they cannot help because there is too much in lost and found.
We would expect as a hotel, the bare minimum is to be polite to help your guests wherever possible.
