Quite expensive for what you get. Nice staff, nice location

- The staff were professional, friendly, had always a smile on their face. - The breakfast was huge and had a lot of variety (eggs, bread, croissant, muesli, jam, meat, fruits, cheese, coffee, tea, …) - Good location (lots of hikes and I guess in winter, lots of snow) - Comfy bed and blankets - Cleaning service of the room once a day - my BF received a little gift for his birthday (was really sweet!) - daily SPA entry

- The room was really basic for the price (small bathroom and no ventilation inside, no balcony, …) - Need to pay the parking (9.- a day outside and 18.- a day inside) - quite expensive for what it is (and since we already paid a lot for the nights…) - the SPA hours (open from 15.00 until 21:00) sadly no schedule in the morning.

Great experience for a competitive price

Great hotel with various amenities such as swimming pool, relaxation room, sauna and gym which were all modern and well equipped. Close to the city centre, mountain lifts, train station and shops but at the same time away from the main street noise. The staff was always helpful and kind. The rooms were cozy and clean while also offering a great view from the balcony.

The breakfasts could use a larger selection and be a little more varied day to day, but they were still good. I also wish that the hotel restaurant offered more local Swiss dishes to try out.

Entire property was spotless, beds were comfortable, the wellness facilities were great, staff were attentive courteous and friendly. very reasonable price Because of my issue with parking the property waived the parking fees which was appreciated

Mary Ritter was an excellent host and was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my entire stay.

I scheduled a ride to the train station for my departure and showed up at the time designated for pickup, and the different staff members were completely unaware of the request. They said they would order another ride for me, but I would have missed my train if I didn't leave and ended up walking.

The front desk was very unfriendly and rude. We arrived early to the hotel, and instead of kindly letting us know that it would not be possible to check us in before 4pm (after having received an email confirmation that we can checkin earlier), they resumed to give attitude. A friend who left ski boots behind was given back the wrong boots from the ski room. After calling the hotel to say she was given the wrong ski boots and to also for help finding the rightful owner, she was told by the hotel on the phone that they cannot help because there is too much in lost and found. We would expect as a hotel, the bare minimum is to be polite to help your guests wherever possible.

Stingy hotel with rude receptionist

For almost 400 euros per night, i was shocked to find out that they charge 2 euros for a toothbrush. I asked for 1, not 20 toothbrushes, this should have been generously provided to guests. On top of it, the receptionist really has an attitude problem.

Breakfast was excellent. Spa/pool area also wasn't too crowded. So very nice relaxing holiday. Ski shuttles were frequent and hassle free. All in all, a very nice 4* hotel close to the slopes, free car transfer to Jakobshorn and Parsenn, a great staff, ski storage area, lavish breakfast, spa area, pool, playroom and a game room.

All good things come at a price. The place is rather expensive, but considering what you get, it is well worth it.

Superb

I booked a budget single room and was super surprised that when I checked in the room was bigger and I realized I got upgraded to the standard double room. What a lovely surprise with a hand written note. The spa was excellent - I had a full body massage and lunch which was delicious. The staff at the wellness center were friendly and accommodating, The breakfast was great, a lot of choice, the fresh juice machine was great and easy and quick to use and the herbal teas were excellent. The hotel is in a great location, 8 minutes walk from the train station and there's a free shuttle bus to the station too if you have a lot of luggage. Would recommend this hotel.

Relaxing weekend trip to Davos

Very comfortable room with great shower. Breakfast buffet had a nice selection of food. Also the hotel bar is quite cozy and the bartender makes a mean Negroni.

A must have stay in Davos

For the first time in my life-I liked absolutely everything about the hotel: the amazing, very understanding staff, the free upgrade to my room , the restaurant and the bar, the spa facilities-worth spending half a day alone, the distance from the slopes and the free shuttle. Breakfast had gluten free corner, smoothie and fresh juice stations😍

The hotel is in demand and the check-in/reception line was quite long.
