Wonderful hotel. Centrally located, five minutes from the main train station with a direct airport link too. The rooms are very clean, beautifully decorated and really give you a feel for artistic Vienna. The customer service is second to none too, excellent. The breakfast had plenty to choose from and all the food was high quality. We really enjoyed our stay.
Nothing we did not like, everything either met or exceeded our expectations.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station, as we had an early morning flight, and it turned out to be a great choice.
The hotel has an older style, but it was very clean, and the staff made our stay especially pleasant. The receptionist was incredibly kind and allowed us to check into our room well before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated.
When we visited the fitness room, we noticed the sauna was not turned on, so we asked at reception whether it would be available during certain hours. They kindly asked what time we wanted to use it and turned it on specifically for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture and especially nice on a rainy Sunday.
Our suite was huge — it had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a living room, which was perfect and so convenient for traveling as a family.
Thank you for such a pleasant stay! We really appreciated the hospitality.
