Overpriced for the amenities and setting of the rooms/apartments

Hotel close to the motorway, so handy if you are doing a stop over, however noisy. Bavarian style houses and apartments.

The price was not included of the pool and sauna, which were 16 euros extra p.p. The apartment was 2 kms from the main building, so not practical to come back for the pool and restaurant. Owner speaks little English, was not very friendly.

Superb

Nice experience overall, nice people working at the property. Had both breakfast and dinner, both were good quality. We did not have time to use the spa/pool facilities.

No air conditioning. It might get hot sometimes, although the hotel is located in the mountains. Location itself might be an issue, this is an isolated village, quite far from everything.

Location was a bit confusing as we arrived later in the evening. If you are past 8 pm then you should go to the bar to find the staff.

It was a joke.

The room was about 900 m (!!!) away from the main hotel. We had to walk through a construction site and by the time you get up there, you are completely sweaty and uncomfortable. Same with any "wellness" facilities (if you want to call them that). You had to walk the whole way again, packed with all your stuff. The staff was very unhelpful. The alternative would have been a downgraded room, for which they wanted us to pay extra per night. Mind you, none of the rooms had an A/C. For wellness, you had to make appointments with another company per phone (they wouldn't even do THAT for you) which then used a room in the hotel for their service. I've never been so badly accommodated.

A very bad & expensive experience filled with awful surprises.

It was easy to find, and thats about it.

Upon arrival we found out that the room wasn't properly cleaned, there was poop on the toilet seat from the previous visitors. Upon confronting the hotel staff, instead of offering a compensation we were asked if we did it ourselves which I found a very strange reaction coming from the hotel staff, after going back and fort over who's fault it was, they eventually offered to either swap rooms or to clean it. We also found out that the wellness closes at 8 pm, so every time we went out for the day and got something to eat at around 7 pm, we would return to the hotel only to find out that you can't use the wellness after 8 pm. As this was not mentioned on the page of the hotel it was quite an unfortunate surprise because we payed for the wellness which we couldn't use.

The pool and spa were nice and looked new. The balcony of the restaurant was nice and the views from the room were to the mountains which was nice.

The rooms were quite dated, directly from '90s. The rooms should be updated - new curtains and new fabrics to the furniture would do a lot.

Disapponting service and communication from staff

The house was big and the bathroom was nice and new. we had our own outdoor area and full house. The pool, spa and saunas at the Wellness main hotel site were amazing.

Firstly, the property needs to clarify expectations about where the apartment is. The apartment we stayed at was NOT onsite at the Wellness Hotel. It said Annexe when I booked so I assumed across the road or something, but no, it was a drive away, and fiddly to get to, you had to cross a highway then navigate through shitty little houses that all looked the same. I found the staff at this place incredibly rude and unhelpful. We were checked in by a woman who looked like she had seen too many winters and she was soooo rude. she didn’t even acknowledge us and there was no record of our booking even though I showed her the booking.com confirmation. she spoke no English at all, and wasn’t even sorry, when I tried to speak German to her using translator app she just walked off. We were then handed to a nicer gentleman who spoke English, but he was offering to help with activities and tours, before even showing us our room. He had to drive us to our apartment because it was so far away, he said “only about 300metres” which was the biggest Furphy I’ve ever heard. when we arrived at the apartment, I said “that is not 300metres” and he said it seems more because of the houses. I then asked if we could have a room at the hotel and he said “no, hotel rooms bad and not good for you”. what??? We also had no wifi, and when we went to reception (by car) they just did not care at all. The service was absolutely garbage, no interesting in getting the wifi fixed, the older woman just gave us the password again then shrugged her shoulders when I told her it didn’t work. On our final night stay, there was an absolutely terrible smell in the air, there’s a textile plant close by and we can only guess this was the smell. We couldn’t even open the windows it was so stinky. When we checked out there was a young woman who was friendly and polite but she was going to charge us again for the room, I explained we had already paid.

disappointing and totaly not worth the money!

we stayed in one of the apartments. The apartment was big and clean. It has a garden where you can sit and watch the stars.

It is “so called” to be a wellness hotel but the apartments are located in a different building where you have to drive. when you wanna use any facilities, you have to pack a bag to go to hotel, enjoy the facilities, get your clothes again and be back to the apartment. especially when you are with a kid, it is more difficult. It should have been a relaxed weekend but it was tiring one when you have to pack and unpack all the time.

What could have been in the mountains

Location and swimming pool.

When we filed a complaint, the host started to argue with me over the phone and hung up on me after 5 minutes. Dinner is said to cost 20 € - it was in the end 23. Wasn't overly tasty if I'm being honest.

The apartment was badly signed down dark roads. Not recommended for single women. Barely any human in reception.

Good

The newly renovated guest apartment building was great form my family and I and the location was perfectly situated for our day trip into Salzburg.

There were no fans located in the apartment which meant there was no air movement during the warm summer day. If you left the windows open while you were gone in hopes of getting fresh air in you also let in the local bugs. The beds were comfortable but what was suppose to be a pillow provided no comfort or supper while sleeping.

Byli jsme moc spokojeni , snídaně i večeře byly vynikající, personál velice vstřícný, pokoj čistý, úklid každý den, hotelový bazén perfektní, celý pobyt byl nad naše očekávání a klidně bychom si ho zde zopakovali. zkrátka super!!!

Sehr schönes, ruhiges Wellness Hotel

Wenn man durch den Ort Anger durchfährt kann man kaum erahnen, dass nur eine Querstraße nach hinten dieses Hotel ist. Trotz der nahegelegenen Autobahn hört man keinen Verkehr! Toller Pool, tolles Frühstück. Personal, egal ob an der Rezeption oder beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Unser Zimmer war unter dem Dach, also dritter Stock und es gab leider keinen Lift und meine Frau hat Arthrose. Das ist jetzt auch mit Sicherheit kein Vorwurf ans Hotel, das hätte uns im Rahmen der Buchung selbst auffallen müssen/können

Un fine settimana coccole e relax

Hotel con ampie camere, spazi comodi e puliti. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Personale gentile e disponibile. Piscina, con idromassaggio. Sauna e bagno turco con vasca. Tutto senza uscire, con accappatoio. Se prenotate gli appuntamenti è diverso. Da rivivere certamente.

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten nur zwei Nächte gebucht, verlängerten aber auf Grund des täglich hervorragenden Vier-Gänge-Abendmenue. Das ging sehr unkompliziert und wir bekamen gratis noch ein Zimmerupgrate. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und ließt seinen Gästen jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Danke für den hervorragenden, lustigen Service beim Frühstück und Abendessen.

Wohlfühlen und Wellness auf höchstem Niveau, mit einer herzlich familären Atmossphäre

Wunderschön ländlich gelegen. Schlafen am rauschenden Bach. Herzlicher und sehr freundlicher Famiilenbetrieb. Schöner Frühtücksraum mit Wintergarten. Hervorragendes Abendessen serviert auf ansprechendem Geschirr. Geschmackvoller Wellnessbereich. Entspannen inmittem von Natur.

Im Grunde nur individulle Kleinigkeiten. In Zimmer 4 hat der Kühlschrank eine Glastür. So ist nachts das Zimmer blau beleuchtet. Ich persönlich mag beim Morgemmüsli gerne paar Kerne oder Nüsse als Topping. Das wäre sozusagen daa Tüpfelchen auf dem I. In jedem Fall wuürde ich wieder kommen wollen.
