Super nice hotel, very elegant and clean. The staff was so friendly, I felt very welcome. The weather being very hot, I asked for ice and every time I have received a small bucket. They also provided good quality fans in the rooms.
The breakfast was delicious.
I spent pleasant time in the small lobby / library/ bar.
The hotel is walking distance to Marienplatz and Odeonplatz, the surrounding area is exquisite.

Good location, friendly staff, classy but worn decoration
No air conditioning with 37 degrees Celsius outside made our stay rather uncomfortable. No charging outlets.

Room cramped
Bathroom far too small
No fridge and only given bottled water for first night so although could drink tap water nowhere to chill it or keep other drinks cold (30 degrees heat)
No tea/coffee facilities
No aircon- fan insufficient and road noise if windows open
No outside space to sit (building work?)
