The hotel is ok. Nothing special and not like some reviews suggest!
Very impolite staff at Reception, esp as we arrived in the evening, but also on the second day, simply not helpful, defensive. Bad start into the weekend!
For background, we had apparently made a mistake on booking. Instead of helping us and trying to solve the problem, the front of house staff made accusations and was negative throughout. Completely unnecessary. We stayed calm. But no action or effort to accommodate our concerns on the side of the hotel.
Stay there at your own peril!
Staff at the breakfast was very friendly, comparison.
