Location, staff, vibes
I didn’t like they didn’t clean our room the next day. I also tried requesting an invoice to see the charges in my card, as I saw multiple ones in my bank account. However I’m still waiting to receive it after asking

The room was spacious and lovely, the asian lady at the desk was so incredibly helpful and went out of her way to make our stay pleasant.
We were not told in advance that our room was in a different building and a bit of a walk from the reception.

Not much. It felt like I was staying in a dormitory. Had to go through a car park to get to a different annex of the hotel
Service was lacking. Informed me that I was too early for checking upon arrival at reception, as it was before 3pm despite me having booked the previous night - and informing them prior to my arrival that I had done this. Not a warm welcome, and still took a little while to explain that I had already booked the night prior. A few other service items were dealt with bluntly.
