Friendly reception: I was teased about my lack of French. After a long journey I couldn’t muster much. The dinner was outstanding accompanied by a first rate claret.
My room was a little stuffy

Great rooms
The staff was not at all welcoming to be honest. Questions on the menu, on the breakfast etc were answered but with reluctance. Would they grow in this, our recommendation would be much better, because the rooms were great!
