Accueil/équipe très sympa avec des bonnes recommandations pour les restos etc. Ma chambre était comfortable et très propre. Petit déjeuner très bien. A peine 3 minutes de la gare, très bien situé !merci et a la prochaine ! Louisa

Emplacement parfait pour visiter à la fois Saverne et tous les alentours.
La difficulté d'avoir de l'eau chaude pour la douche. En été ce n'est pas gênant mais se laver les cheveux avec de l'eau à peine tiède cela peut être difficile pour certains.

Super friendly and helpful staff, great air conditioning and clean rooms. Stayed twice en route and on return to Austria. Well located for walking into the centre and great parking right outside. Would recommend it.

De way the man at the reception desk greeted me at first was a bit grumpy.
De badkamer is heel klein.
-Why was the hotel nearly empty while next to our rooms, the rooms were full, and why were we to go to the highest floor as well? Handy for the cleaning lady, perhaps but it reduced our sense of privacy.
