Great Staff,really,really tired hotel for a 5 star and an expensive hotel,drinks the most expensive we have had in France[we were at the 5 star Intercontinental Grand in Bordeaux the week before.which was amazing for less]

The beds and bedding were super comfortable and the room size was generous. Location was good . Staff very pleasant.
The outside is very disappointing and shabby. We were at basement level and the corridor smelt terribly damp. The hotel is very tired outside and a bit shabby inside too. Breakfast was average. Biarritz on the whole is an expensive place to stay so for the price it was poor but as expected. Wouldn't rush back to that hotel
