Great location - very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were great.

Sun loungers were not adjustable - and a bit uncomfortable - but that really was the only thing wrong - which was pretty minor .

The mattress is too soft

We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. It has a chic, elegant design with a stylish aquatic theme that creates a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property. The location is also convenient—while it’s slightly outside the town centre, it is still within comfortable walking distance and in a more quiet area. The rooms are modern and rather well maintained, with a lovely terrace that was a great place to unwind. The parking is spacious and very convenient, making arrival and departure comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

While we had an enjoyable stay overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. The lighting in the room was insufficient—once the curtains were closed or after dark, the room felt noticeably too dim, also in the bathroom. In addition, the lighting controls were confusing and not particularly intuitive, making it difficult to create comfortable lighting. The bathroom toiletries were also fairly basic and could be upgraded to better match the overall standard and style of the hotel.

At breakfast you are offered one hot drink, no-one ever came to the table to enquire if we would like another. Our used bowls and plates were left to accumulate on the table, making it awkward to manage. Also, if you want milk for the coffee in your room you have to ask in reception for some and then navigate your way back to your room carrying it.
