the stay was ok but expensive

The room was very nice, beautiful decoration but very impractical. The breakfast was excellent, but very expensive. The room was very small.

Convenient for motorway

We have stayed a few times and was happy with the accommodation. However this time not so happy. Breakfast not very good and the cleaner had started cleaning the room of other traveller with us before we had finished breakfast. The door was wide open with items of traveller still in there.

Good overnight stop on the way south. Convenient for the motorway. Room good size & clean. Staff (Virginie) friendly & helpful. Facilities kinda limited but ok for one night.

Lovely stay

Fantastic service only too willing to help.

The pool could use a screen around it so that it is protected from the construction site. The AC wasn’t working but we did not find out until very late and coped fine. It wasn’t their fault -I’m sure they would have fixed it if they knew.

Deceiving

the hotel was there

Fridge in the room not plugged in. Justification from the Hotel staff was: it is so to save money/energy, it is a French law (then, when challenged, changed to: it is a policy by Accor) Air con not working (apparently same reason) room hot and humid. For 150 £ a night a trues steal. Restaurant doesn't cook, only reheats plates in the MW AVOID

Superb

Have stayed here a couple of times. Great for an overnight stop for onward journey to South of France, close proximity to motorway A7, clean comfortable rooms, with aircon, tea and coffee making facilities and small fridge if needed. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast both hot and cold, great selection. Car parking plentiful and behind gates. Not the cheapest overnight stop but convenient.

The plug in the sink was stuck shut, reported in morning and maintenance will fix it.

Excellent brekky

The hotel is modern, very nicely decorated (lamps, pillows, furniture), smells good and has a very nice feel to it. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was amazing! Everything tasted super good (home-made jams, pastries, yoghurt, freshly-squeezed orange juice, bread, coffee) and was beautifully presented. Highly recommend it, I would stay here again without hesitation.

I like everything, room, bathroom, and a beautiful restaurant. The breakfast was delicious, good quality products,delicious apple juice, good coffee, different pastries, smoothies, fresh yoghurt and etc... Beautiful dishes and the restaurant itself, everything is thought out to the smallest detail!

we liked everything except the pancakes for breakfast and the hot breakfast food was not replenished towards the end - there was very little of it - although people did come.

The many times attitude in France with people not willing to speak in English. Very rude as usual and happens in many places they simply don't want to speak in English. Room is very poor, beds not confortable and room temperature

Fabulous overnight stop

The best overnight stop we have stayed at and we have stayed in alot of hotels over the past 5 years. The bedding clean and comfortable, bathrooms great, seating area in evening have sumptuous sofas. Breakfast plentiful with hot and cold food including continental. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking behind security gate plenty of spaces. All areas obviously designed by a designer but beautifully done. We will certainly stay here again.
