The location was very good to Lourdes shrine. Much around it to enjoy
It didn’t have any parking left for us. The rooms are very small. It was very hot in the room. To leave the windows open is so noisy on the street. The breakfast is ok extremely crowded.

Good location. Clean. A bit dated but as expected for hotels in Lourdes.

Location is great near the Grote .
Having my dinner included on my stay .the restaurant has a presumed menu when add dinner included . They offer the same every night . It wasn't not good for me in terms that food choices include cream and I'm allergy to that. So it was a waste for me.Also, restaurant's service very slow.

Location was good and staff friendly and helpful.
I had misfortune of getting my passport holder (credit card and cash) stolen from my purse. It happened in elevator of hotel. The young ladies did leave my passport on a table by the elevator of the floor where my room was.
