L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à environ 15 minutes à pied du Sanctuaire Notre-Dame de Lourdes, de la Grotte et de l'Office de Tourisme. Cela permet de tout faire à pied, ce qui est très appréciable. La chambre était confortable et le personnel accueillant. Nous avons également pu trouver une place de stationnement gratuite à proximité, ce qui est un vrai plus.
Rien de particulier. Le seul petit point pourrait être l'absence de couverts. J'imagine qu'ils ont peut-être disparu au fil des séjours et n'ont pas encore été remplacés. Cela reste un détail qui n'a pas du tout gâché notre séjour...

The receptionist was excellent, she let us check in early, upgraded our room, and had a good sense of humour in English! Our apartment was really big which allowed us to keep our bicycles inside. The kitchen was functional, the bathroom small but perfectly adequate. Our beds were comfortable. Easy walk to the Lourdes sites and an uphill cycle to the supermarket.
For the price we would not complain about anything

Charles the receptionist was the first person we met on arrival at Popinns. I have travelled quite extensively all over Europe, and can easily say that Charles was the friendliest and most good-natured receptionist I have ever come across. He is a credit to Popinns!
I cannot think of anything that I did not like during my stay at Popinns.
