From the moment I booked my stay until the day I checked out, my experience was outstanding.
First of all, I have to mention that I made a mistake when making my reservation. I accidentally booked a non-refundable rate for the wrong dates. It was completely my error, and I was worried that I would lose my reservation or have to pay for another one. To my surprise, the hotel staff handled the situation with kindness, understanding, and professionalism. They listened to my explanation and helped me change my reservation without any problems. It reminded me that everyone can make an honest mistake, and I truly appreciated the compassion and flexibility they showed me. Their willingness to help immediately gave me confidence that I had chosen the right place to stay.
Throughout my stay, I felt genuinely welcomed. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile. One of the most touching moments was when they surprised me with a beautiful gift delivered to my room. It was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture that made my stay even more special. It's the little details like this that make guests feel valued and remembered.
