    Highly recommend, very great stay in Hong Kong, the location is perfect as it is very central and close to subway station. This time i booked the stay for my parents' layover in Hong Kong. They are very impressed with front desk staff. Great service and very professional. The room is very clean and quite spacious for Hong Kong island hotel.

    4 nights and 3 different rooms. Things kept breaking in the rooms and we had to be constantly moved. Management was apologetic but this place is a big hot mess. Stay away.
