The staff and facilities are very good. Location is also practical. I noticed some foul smells in the elevator, though. It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel, and I remember noticing the same smells before. The smell was like sewage. It's worth looking into that.

This hotel has a great lobby, fantastic staff and is in a really convenient location. The rooms have some wear and tear but its no issue for a short stay.

Very good location in Hong Kong Island, good transport links outside hotel (MTR, bus and trams) clean hotel with helpful staff. Hotel offers luggage storage while we travelled to Vietnam for returning guests.
