Its my home in Hk for so many years and the concierge service is great ! The WhatsApp communication is working well and they take care of everything, receiving package, making bookings for me and store luggage. Super service. Room is great, location is great.

A Amazing stay at The Langham Hong Kong! Fantastic location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, close to the MTR, Harbour City, restaurants and the harbour promenade. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff especially the concierge and doormen were excellent.
Overall, a wonderful stay with an excellent location and outstanding service. We would definitely recommend The Langham and would happily stay here again!
The only area that could be improved is the breakfast variety. We stayed for five nights and had breakfast a few times. While there are plenty of choices, including a good selection for vegetarians, we felt that the options were largely the same each day. It would have been nice to see a few new or rotating dishes added especially for guests staying several nights.

Breakfast average and in a very small room for a large 5 star hotel.
Rooms dated, needs a refurb
Expensive (black coffee £9 in a paper cup) and charged a 13% service charge on top of booking.com price which wasn’t advertised.
