In Inn

In Inn is not a formal hotel, but a private residence/family apartment with spare rooms rented out. There is no lobby or front desk, so contact owner Henry at least one day before arrival for main-door and room codes. Check-out is self-service. Location is excellent: very close to Nathan Road, with direct airport bus nearby. Airport trip took around one hour. It is also near famous Australian Dairy Company, with many restaurants and eateries around. Nearby Kuen Fat is a budget eatery offering great food value, with taste comparable to pricier Michelin Guide restaurants. Room is small, but this is Hong Kong, where real estate per square foot is extremely expensive. Since I was out during daytime, room size did not matter. Basic amenities were enough, and water pressure was very strong. Apartment is on the 3rd floor, a big plus. Many guests prefer lower floors for fire safety. From the 3rd floor, fire escape stairs can be used without relying only on the elevator, giving more mobility and control. My room had an incredible view of Jordan Road and was surprisingly quiet despite facing a busy road. Not the best hotel in Hong Kong, but considering location, restaurants, airport access, Australian Dairy Company proximity, 3rd-floor convenience, strong water pressure, quietness, view, and basic amenities, it was practical and reasonable.

None really. You need to manage your expectations because this is a budget hotel in the most expensive city in the world. Otherwise, if you have the money, get yourself a 5-star hotel. But if you are on a budget, then it's really not bad at all.

Très bien place proche de Jordan Station. Immeuble avec accueil aux ascenseurs. Chambre petite sans fenêtre , mais fonctionnelle. Clim, Douche, Eau chaude, Internet tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Serrures digitales pour l’entrée et la chambre.

Location

The location is good. Costs are about one of the cheapest you could get for the location. WiFi speed is quite decent.

The room allocated was on a level WITHOUT direct lift access. I had to walk a flight of stairs with my 23kg luggage WITHOUT any assistance. The provider advised additional terms regarding air conditioning running while away and penalty of HKD1,000 during the check in communications after I landed. This should've been advised up front. There's no window. I felt quite depressed towards the end of my stay. Tumble dryer listed as part of the facility but there's none in the common area nor was I being informed where it is. They don't provide hair conditioner.
