Nice location, chill lobby

Dirty, you have to pay even for the toothbrush, no water in the room, some stupid filter which didn’t work.

Convenient location. Friendly & efficient staff. Julian was exceptional!! From our check in , right up to assisting with late check outs, he was a true professional.

Didn’t have F&B except breakfast room. We were seniors, tired after making our way from the cruise centre & needed room service.

Friendly staff, great location and cool design in the hotel. The room is also of decent size. Rooms were very clean

Its a bit of a walk to the metro

location. you’re paying for proximity to Wanchai and Central. it’s actually closer to get off at Wanchai station, since it’s a 5 min walk. there’s great local restaurants around and Fat J Char Siu right beside (worth the hype). coffee all around also. there is (minimal) house keeping daily, with new towels. linens are changed every 3 days. there is on site washer/dryer for a fee, with option to buy detergent if you don’t have your own. but the washed clothes smell just as if you didn’t wash them .. we didn’t have much of a choice, so did two loads in our week here. you do have lots of space to hang your clothes which is nice, especially when we needed to hang dry.

you get 0 amenities. everything is extra, including water. while there is a water filter in the room, it’s not the most user friendly and i don’t really understand if it actually filters. there’s lots of mold and the washrooms are dated and unkept. staff are nice, but not friendly, that’s HK for you though. don’t expect much. when asked for a plate and knife, they said it’s available in the vending machine, i needed a fruit knife which they reluctantly provided. considering it’s part of Brilliant by Langham, i did have higher expectations, and was disappointed.
