No hot water in the bedroom and unbaked croissants, never again!

The room was in fact comfortable and cozy.

We were three in a bedroom and to our astonishment we did not have hot water for the 3, just 1 of us could take a hot bath for 5 minutes (with minus 5 degrees outside). Breakfast really awful, unbaked croissants and very poor choice of food. Staff did not speak english and there was just one person attending reception and breakfast room. A complete disaster.

This trip was the worst, we normally give rave reviews, but on this stay unfortunately, the internet was not working & several of the kitchen items were filthy including the coffee machine & toaster. Seeing the hotel has a policy of 50€ fines if you leave the kitchen dirty, to find the room with these dirty items was disappointing. So photos taken & shown to staff, as will not be paying that 50€ fines!!

We would stay again. Clean and comfortable

Lovely size room for 2 adults and a 17 year old. Plenty of space. Parking excellent. Staff were very friendly we would stay here again for an overnight.

Bathroom doors have no privacy very strange. Need to be covered on the inside. Limited toilet roll more needs to be provided. Seperate toilet was great but needed a sink in there.

Comfortable Stay with Great Amenities

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and bathroom were both spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of room to relax. Breakfast had a variety of options, something for every taste. The staff was kind and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is excellent — right next to many great restaurants, and the secured parking was a big plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in the north of Orleans.

The staff were all great. Helpful throughout. Breakfast was really good - a good choice and plentiful. A secure space for our 2 bikes and a well equipped gym. Kettle and coffee machine (perculator) and fridge.

Hotel does a job but don't expect any luxury. ok as a stopover hotel.

it was clean and the presence of a kitchen was a reason for choosing this property. plenty of car parking on site. receptionist was pleasant.

the property doesnt look and feel like a 4 star. it was more like a student accommodation standard. the saloon style doors to the bathroom is a strange choice where bathroom light seeps through various openings. the breakfast was very basic. the AV equipment looks old and tired.

Pleasant studio apartment for a night on road trip with dog

The hotel was ideal for an overnight stay on our road trip. The hotel accepts pets and charged a very reasonable supplement. The studios are simple but have everything we needed. The hotel has a parking lot that is locked in the evening and was also convenient.

The sofa (it's a sofa bed) had some sort of problem. It was sloped forward and uncomfortable to sit on for a longer time. But this was a small problem.

Fine hotel close to the highway

Perfect transit hotel, free parking on hotel terrain, next to the highway, close to some fastfood restaurants (Buffalo Grill, KFC, McDonald’s) and a shopping center. Quite a spacious room, good bed, good shower. Breakfast was fine.

If you want to stay close to the city center, this hotel is not the best option.

Fantastic place to stay on route to the ferry from mid/south of France with dogs Very spacious suite with separate double bedroom and double sofa bed in main room Large dining room table and small kitchenette with everything you need to prepare a small meal/drinks/breakfast. No oven but a small dishwasher and 2 ring hob, fridge, etc. Nice shower and plenty of restaurants nearby if you didn't want to eat in the room. We found an excellent Middle Eastern restaurant near the cinema complex 3 mins drive away

Great welcome - very friendly professional young man thank you! We often stay at Suite Home on way up from South of France to Scotland. Easy access from autoroute and quiet location with enclosed parking.
