The concierge was incredibly helpful for us Air France had lost our luggage then my wife became sick and he was so helpful found a doctor to come to the hotel and constantly chased Air France for our luggage they are very lucky to have someone like him to take care of their guests

Great location on the left bank in an historic building full of character. Staff were friendly and attentive.
Struggle to get in & out of bath safely. It's obviously difficult to have a grip handle in the marble but maybe a cord/rope from the ceiling would work and a step on the floor?
