The service is overpriced for what it is

It’s very accessible since it’s near Porte de Clignancourt metro station

A good price for Paris, and decent if you're only sleeping there.

It was right next to the metro. It was very private, and we all had a great amount of space.

The bathroom was the size of an airplane's bathroom. The hotel was kinda in a sketchy neighborhood, and it was pretty far away from everything. Be prepared to Uber or use public transportation to be anywhere.

Location was ideal, very close to the metro and tram stop. Plenty of eateries around

Rooms were very small, made for 1 person and tv was also very small and did not work. No tea and coffee facilities and the walls are not sound proofed. Had to pay an extra fee to store luggage after check out.

Perfect for a short-stay.

It had everything I needed for my one-night stay. Only affordable hotel in the neighbourhood which has a lotto nice restaurants and bars nearby. Very friendly manager/staff who speaks English well.

Room was small so it might have felt claustrophobic if you were staying for long.

rude front desk staff during check in when he yelled at me to hand over my credit card. no wifi inside my room during the whole stay; inform the hotel but no action. elevator didn't work in my first morning at the hotel. no notice or anything about the broken elevator. I had to walk up and down 5 floors of stairs the whole morning. dirty corridor.

Cheap but not so cheerful

The location was good. There were plenty of places to eat and local supermarkets on your doorstep. The price was good.

The air conditioner wasn’t working, which made the room very hot and stuffy. The walls are extremely thin — I could hear people laughing and chatting in other rooms, and even the sound of chairs being moved came through clearly, as if it were in my own room. The bed had a very noticeable dip in the middle, likely from years of use, and it wasn’t great for my back. The shower was leaking out on to my bedroom floor. There were no new towels, so you only had the 2 you received when you got there for the entirety of your stay. I would only recommend this place to someone on a very tight budget who prioritises location. Personally, I wouldn’t stay again.

The price and i needed to stay closer to the Stad de Frances stadium. It wasn’t that close actually, i had to take metro with transits That is why i couldn’t stay in a more touristic and fashionable hotel

At first glance, everything seems clean. Until you take a closer look at the bed linen or towel. They may have stains or someone else’s hair.

Close to metro

The lift kept breaking down. The air-conditioning didn't work the first night and the staff we told didn't care. Had to sleep with window open on a holiday with people yelling in the streets. The next staff person we told was much better and had it fixed promptly. Neighbours were extremely noisy with no sound proofing. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Absolutely shocking and poor service

It was a fairly comfortable mattress and the shower was decent enough.

Extremely unhelpful and lazy staff/management. The air conditioning didn’t work, and neither did the lift. The room itself is just slightly below what you’d expect for the price however, I just cannot get past how bad the service was. I really recommend you pay the additional price for a stay elsewhere.

The best option price-quality of Paris!!

Good flexibility and support from the owners, possible to let the luggage during the departure date to visit the city, very relax hotel with comfortable beds, toilet fully equipped and new, and very well connected to the centre (20min by metro). Good neighbour and a fantastic price for Paris.

The neighborhood where the hotel is located is really dangerous, the hotel was not very clean and the room and sheets didn't have other people's hairs on them and the room was average and the bathroom extremely small.

Respectfully, for your own safety, don‘t go there. The hood is tough and there are a lot of people who are very likely to steal something. The room wasn‘t clean at all.

I dream of repeating it!

I really liked it here. Everything in the room is new. Very clean. Daily cleaning and change of towels, fresh bed linen. A comfortable bed and suitcases can be conveniently placed. The staff at the reception is ready to help with everything - on any issue. It was very nice to be here. I am grateful to everyone for their care and understanding.

The hotel, even tho was well placed, because it was close to the metro and several caffes and restaurants, we didn't like the surrounding of it because of the people on the street (drunks, etc). The hotel room (and the hotel in general) was too poor in terms of decorations, organization, the floor in the halls were a bit dirty but our room was well clean apparently, the wifi didn't work inside our room...we think it was not worth the price we have payed...

Do not book !! Dirty soo horror hotel !!

Old soo horrible I feel like in prison or horror hotel - absolutely disgusting soo dirty - no room on feet in room just bed next to next bed - bathroom was dirty - toilet absolutely dirty around and inside - staff wake-up as for some maintenance 8 nocking like crazy in our door - smell of cigarette everywhere - outside very dangerous area we didn’t feel safe in middle day - air conditioning doesn’t work first night and was soooo hot and when we open window was very loud - next day working air conditioning but we can not change temperature was freezing cold - now time for bed was clean but pillows I think no one change before us stinks like old ass Be were do not book any way !!!

Convenient to metro, bus and tram, cafes and supermarket. Clean and tidy. Small bathroom but very functional. Great value for money.

Convenient but not flashy, okay for the price and the location.

It was possible to walk to Sacre Coeur and Gare Du Nord, plus it was an interesting neighbourhood. Not flashy, but not run down either - just people getting on with their lifes. There were lots of food choices around - fresh food markets, super markets, take-away options....

The room was a bit bare, the rubbish bins in the room were tiny and there was no hook to hang up clothes/towels in the bathroom so clothes got wet when you had a shower.

Good Place to Stay

Hotel location is a big advantage. Close to M4 Line (Porte Clignancourt). Close to food restaurants and coffee shops. The room have a good house keeping and clean.

The safety of the surrounding area is our concern. Need more police presence there.

they don’t have a cabinet to hang up our clothes and jacket but it not a problem though
