We had our own private comfortable space in a traditional Parisian apartment. Tall ceilings, big windows with modern comfortable furnishings. Full mini kitchen, master bedroom and separate lounge / second bedroom.
Lovely basket of breakfast delivered to our door each morning.
We would have liked to have stayed longer. Would highly recommend and will book to come and stay here again.
Location is fab, a few stops on metro line 9 to the Eiffel Tower and close to many other locations.
Staff were friendly, professional and exceptionally helpful.
No dislikes.

I liked the location, in general quite beautiful apartment, good breakfast.
Too much smells perfume. After 10 minutes inside had strongest headache. Sheets scellés perfume as well so strong that my t shirt and baby’s clothes absorbed this smell after 2(!) washings. Was terrible to sleep, almost suffocated. Nobody slept all night. Also not enough dark curtains and not friendly staff. Administrator was quite rude.

We loved the location and the luxury of having a separate living room and kitchen. It was a quiet and lovely neighborhood with an easy acces to public transport. The room was clean and spacious for two people. The people working in the hotel were very kind.
When we first used the shower, the water wouldn’t drain. We had the same problem for the sink. The problem was resolved, but it’s a bit strange that nobody noticed before us. I would advise people not to book the breakfast as it is much cheaper and better to buy it yourself at a bakery. The heating system is a system you need to get used to, it’s a lot of work to maintain the right temperature. And last but not least, it’s not easy to sit comfortably on the couch.

Two bathrooms and a view of Paris
Very small kitchen and there was so much noise coming from within the hotel.

Good location, close to metro, supermarket
Nobody was available at check in, had to wait for receptionist to arrive despite it being advertised that check in is at 4pm. Was able to access room before checking in as a compromise after many whattsapp messages

Staff was friendly and helpful, it was clean, pull out was comfortable
Bathroom is very small, the room didn’t quite look like the pictures, carpet needed cleaning, wish we had clean towels everyday and when we arrived there was no soap, but they gave us some as soon as we told them. Breakfast was not worth it at all.

The breakfast was very good . Location close to the metro and many restaurants and very comfortable apartment

The location was fabulous and close to all public transport. You could see the Eiffel Tower from the kitchen window and at 10pm each evening it sparkled.
Our apartment was in the 4th floor and there was no lift. Fortunately, the lovely Halima carried my bag up for me, for which I was eternally grateful. In fact, we decided the exercise was good for us and meant we could have another baguette and be guilt free! I would have also liked a table and chairs to eat at.

The bed was comfy and the lounge area cosy
It was hot and in the morning it was quite noisy

The hotel is situated in an amazing part of Paris, where the streets quieten down at night. The metro station is close by, as well as a selection of shops. We were upgraded to a larger unit with a bath and handshower. Ignoring the need for a lick of paint, everything was super comfortable and the receptionist was exceptional in providing us with information pertinent to our stay. We were provided with enough towels and toiletries, as well as coffee for our first day. We were able to leave our luggage at reception after checking out which was most helpful.
I had expected the apartment to be fully serviced, so was surprised to have to wash dishes when we got back on the first afternoon. This was not easy to do as there wa no plug in the kitchen sink.

Location was excellent. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was clean & comfortable.
The pigeons outside our window, meant we couldn’t open it fully for fear they would fly in.

The location is wonderful. Once you're outside the building, make a right onto Mozart Ave, and walk for about 50 meters to get to bus stop 22, this bus will take you to the city center, which is close by.

Comfortable beds, bright and airy apartment, lovely quiet location.
The air conditioning was so noisy (loud gurgling noise, not the usual noise of air conditioning) it was hard to sleep with it on, but woke up sweating every time I tried to sleep without it on.
Bathroom door would not close properly.
Lift is very small and not good if you’re claustrophobic!

This apartment is adorable! It had everything we needed upon arrival. You can buy more coffee pods in the nearby shop. If you plan to use the onsite shared laundry, you’ll also need to buy it. My 11 year old used the pull out bed for our stay, and he had plenty of room. He liked that we could log in to Netflix and Disney+. There may have been more apps available but I dont remember them. The bedroom had plenty of storage (not really enough hangers though), with an additional dresser in the hall connecting the bedroom to the living room. That dresser turned into my son’s storage. The nearest metro is under 5 minutes away (the Jasmin stop on the 9 train). The neighborhood is lively during the day and calm at night. We felt fine walking through the neighborhood even late at night. There is a small elevator to get to your room, or take the stairs. I highly recommend this rental, and I would consider it again.
The AC was broken for part of our stay-it needed to be turned on manually and then restarted when it stopped in 5 minutes. I would have preferred communication about the AC either prior to arrival or at check-in. Turns out the AC had been broken for almost a week and the repair was scheduled during our stay. The technician just needed to access the main unit for the entire building, not the individual apartments. Nothing worth holding a grudge over.

The location is perfect, it’s in a really nice neighbourhood, safe and clean, with beautiful Parisian buildings! The metro station is 3 min walking which is fantastic! The apartment itself was lovely, the beddings clean and ironed- really good value for the money we paid! Has some really good facilities inside, pans, kettle etc! They clean the rooms daily which is lovely! Overall we would totally return! There’s a supermarket right across the corner which is also perfect and some cute restaurants nearby!
For 3 people I think there could have been at least 3 bottles of showe gel/shampoo- they were really small; the hair drier takes quite some time because it’s slow; the breakfast is offered at a restaurant nearby which only has 2 options (bread with jam or brioche with jam, which I get is very Parisian, but I would say the breakfast is very limited for someone coming outside France for who this isnt the norm); there is no lift in the building we stayed but that’s ok if you have small lugagges and sometimes you could hear a lot the sound of the bells for some other apartments which was a bit annoying. The staff was very lovely and helpful but also a bit loud to me.

It was as described. Furniture was fairly comfortable. The AC worked for us though other people had problems. The bathroom was clean.
Don’t expect any help or support from the staff during the less than 4 hours they work per day. If you have any trouble… AC, locked out, leaving luggage, etc. it is absolutely not available. Also be careful when booking. Depending on the building you may be on the sixth floor with no elevator.

Great location in a nice neighbourhood with good amenities nearby and a comfortable room. Good value for money as there was also a confiture type breakfast offered in a nearby cafe.
A small number of rooms are not being served by a lift. This might have been part of the room's description and we didn't mind, but it's worth being aware of. Also, in 4 days of stay, we didnt see any staff in the reception though, we do like to start our day before 10 am.

Location was excellent. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms well furnished.
Kitchen could have been better equipped. A toaster and kettle would have been good. Dishwasher couldn’t be used because it was out of salt. Would have been nice to have a couple of dishwasher tabs. No plug in sink so couldn’t even wash up!
Aircon didn’t work and bedside lamps would be handy.

Very comfy beds, spacious and clean
Tiny lift and when you sit on the edge of the couch the cushions fall off, so you fall off with them

The staff at as very rude since they thought I had forgotten some clothes .
I sent somebody for pick up and they were very rude and later phoned saying it is for another client.

Great location. Good size apartment.
Noise from other apartments quite audible. A fair amount of mould in the shower. Front office staff quite stoic.

neighbourhood is good, bakery and supermarket just around the corner, bus stop 100 m, metro 200 m, lots of light in appartment, nice windows
Breakfast: do not take breakfast offer! it is organized in restaurant around the corner, you eat same thing every day (you can choose black coffee or tea, bread or brioche + jam and butter, that's it). They start with breakfast at 9!, so in case you are planning Disneyland, early starts to avoid crowds.. you skip it and you still pay. If information that breakfast is so dull and starts at 9 would be available upfront, I would definitely not take it - please make this info public! Cancelation of breakfast on spot is not possible, we tried and they replied if cancelation by choice - so nothing wrong with restaurant - no refunds possible. You have a bakery with coffee at the corner, and they open at 7, so spend your money there (supermarket also, they open a t 8).
Service: do not expect much help from reception, we asked for recomendation for dentist (toothache) - nothing received, asked for extra toliet paper in room - got reply we need to buy our own. Reception is opened just a couple of hours a day, but usually nobody there. You can wash your clothes in basement, but you have to pay and buy your own detergent.
Rooms: we got appartment on the 6th floor for our family, rooms and decor are ok, except squeaky worn down floors and squeaky couch bed, kitchen is too small to cook and it was hot even in April, as roof apartment. Elevator to rooms - fits one person and looks like sth. from a museum.
Fire safety: there are no fire stairs, fire doors, no balconies, no acess to roof.. Wooden staircase with carpet to all appartments, so in case of fire bellow your appartment you can only wait to be saved I guess... They have fire alarms in rooms and fire extinguishers in front of rooms as aware of the issues, but I would not bring my family there again.

Good room size,
Rooms clean
Tiny elevator
Nice kitchenette
Close to metro station.
1. No privacy in room, opposite property was soo close that they could see all in our rooms. To have a private space, we need use blinds all the time.
2. Breakfast - mistake!
We need to go to next restaurant. For 7€ you had 1/2 baguette, 1 tiny butter, jum and tea or coffee. Wasted money!
3. When we arrived to the hotel at night, we couldn't open our doors using a code.
4. Receptionist wasn't nice. She was only a few hours on the day and any problems, you need to call or long time waiting.
5. The worst was the floor in rooms, which looked nice but creaked loudly and woke everyone up in the room.
6. Second bed was broken and we couldn't open and closed as normal.
7. Pillows - terrible, not possible to use them.
6.0 / 10.0
Decent size apartment - like how they created a WhatsApp thread to communicate with us
Overall it’s ok - good location - supermarket around the corner, restaurants nearby but regarding the property a few things
1. We asked for one additional coffee capsule (they provide four - we stayed for 5 nights) - they said no flatly - not a big deal - but also not very nice
2. They don’t remove rubbish over the weekend - it piles up with a small family
3. Really like the concept of messaging with us on WhatsApp - but sometimes the chat goes dead and they stop responding
4. Check in is 4pm (on the dot) and checkout is 10am - if the room is available perhaps they can be more lenient
5. I don’t believe they have a luggage store area - if so - wasn’t offered
6. Thin walls and floors - so we heard everything from above - no doubt everyone heard us and the kids

Service was excellent. I did not meet them in person but felt their presence every day during my stay. It was much more than expected.
Felt that the apartment was constructed many years ago. May need some renovation. But that didnt cause us any issue.

Stylish apartment. Neighborhood is quite hip, city attractions are accessible by public transport and walking. Overall it was very good stay. Minor notes here and there, like they don’t have bottle opener and kitchen generally has basic equipment.

The stuff at the reception is very nice and friendly
the dishwasher is very dirty. And my coffee pods was never refilled so I ran out of coffee on the last two mornings of my stay.

Air conditioning!
The apartment is located away from central Paris, so quieter and less touristy.
Having a mini-kitchen/dining area allowed us to have breakfast (and sometimes dinner) "at home," as well as enough space to spread out.
Drawer space, and more hangers in the closet would have been nice.
Four flights of stairs were sometimes a challenge after a day of sightseeing - made more so when our key card failed to work. Management is only on site a few hours/day, so there was no one around to help us with that. (One of the keys worked - after a few dozen attempts - so we didn't need to call the manager at home.)

Room was ok, location desolate.
Bathroom door kicked in and damaged. Idiotic to rent it out like that.
Hallway was littered with mattresses and wall decoradions. Weird.
Prices of vending machines in lobby astronomical.

The area is charming, with many restaurants, cafes, and local stores. The hotel building is very nice, and the apartment very charming. The living room is spacious, with big windows and a nice table to enjoy meals. The staff at the reception after our arrival was very kind and helpful.
We called the reception before our arrival to book a taxi, but they rudely refused. The bed was very uncomfortable. The couch in the living room looks dirty, although it is not. The reception was mostly closed. The welcome kit is just a joke.

The property was located in a very safe neighborhood in Paris. The property had a safe, a small kitchen, and could comfortably fit four adults. The bathroom was clean and modern. The property was clean and felt very safe to stay at .
