One of my favourite stopover spots

I usually stop here on my way to Bayonne. It is dog friendly with a little woods where my dog can run and sniff. The rooms are modern and clean

I stayed in a room with 2 single beds and the area between the window and bottom of the beds was quite narrow. I have stayed in other rooms that were more spacious in the same hotel.

Good hotel in an excellent location for travelling through France between the UK & Spain

Rooms modern and comfortable - but one room smelled of drains, running the taps and shower seems to fix it Food was good, but the menu for the evening meal was quite limited Breakfast was good

Good location for travelling, good restaurant although breakfast is for us not worth it as we eat very little in the morning and the coffee is not great. On this occasion we had a good size room. If you have a dog the woods surrounding the hotel are great to walk it. Easy parking and very safe.

One small plastic water bottle in the room and tiny paper cups . Give us a big bottle of filtered water and proper cups please and fresh milk too. Each guest could be asked when they arrive what they would like saving waste. At 30 euros per night our dog would appreciate a dog bed and bowl. Most hotels provide this when charging so much for a dog.

Restaurant food was lovely. Cottage as nice, but only had bedroom, bathroom, toilet & balcony. A fridge would have been a bonus. Charge of €30 per dog is a bit excessive, especially when you have two. Location, clean accommodation and staff and food were perfect.

No Fridge Per Dog charge No sitting area or fridge in the cottage & no access from the balcony to the grounds (travelled with dogs) but access from the font door was fine.

Confortable stay with our two dogs on way back from Spain.

Well located - quiet but close to motorway exit and local amenities. We stayed in a cabin. Very dog friendly and lovely grounds to walk the dogs around. Cabin was clean and spacious with a small private terrace. Bed was comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant onsite - we had a very good meal for reasonable price. Staff were welcoming and friendly.

We couldn’t access Netflix on the tv. Quite limited tv channels.

The cost of our pet. This is the most expensive we have to pay on our travels and although it has grounds to exercise, the grounds were full of brambles and we had to remove thorns from our dog's feet. So no advantage for our pet at all for the extra cost.

Restaurant full up, unclear how to operate the heating which meant it was too hot. The only way to ventilate the room was keeping the door open so that anyone could get in.

Great location but expensive verses value & quality.

Location is 5 mins off the A10 motorway. We always stay in the small cottage type rooms adjacent to the main hotel which is ideal for our dog. There is a large field next to the hotel for dog exercise. €30 for our dog is expensive considering the room is over €100. We where told our room was ready so unloaded the car, then got a knock on the door from the cleaner informing us that it still needed hoovered which you could tell. To save moving everything after 10 hrs on the road, we told her to leave it. We used the restaurant which again is quite expensive but with great staff. Because of the proximity to our main route South, we will continue to use.

Quite expensive for dogs compared to other locations we use. Rooms in cottages are tired and require refurbish. Toilet extractor will not switch off. Outside patio area was very dirty.

Hotel is great if travelling with a dog to any location especially going to Spain or coming home to the UK.Hotel is near the motorway for easy access! Lots of parking which is very well lit! This is our go to hotel for travel to and from Spain.

Only had a little time at the hotel on our return as this was our only stop from the Costa Blanca.

Very convenient location. Good evening meal. Room large and comfortable. Pleasant grounds which were very good to walk our dog. Staff welcoming and friendly.

Bit short of staff at breakfast time but staff on duty very helpful as we had to look for a few items such as cutlery. All resolved quickly Tv in room had a pulsing light which we couldn’t turn off so had to unplug it as it was disturbing our sleep

breakfast at 15e per person very poor. At 8.20am buffet had not been replenished so limited selection of cereals, bread, no croissants (although did then heat some more for us), orange juice seemed watery.

Perfect hotel for doggie lovers when travelling

As the hotel is next to the motorway, and is set in a parkland it is ideal for the dog when we are travelling. But more than that the staff are very dog friendly not just dog tolerant! The food in the restaurant was lovely and the dog was welcome into the restaurant too. Topped with a comfy bed and very clean rooms, its ideal. We have used this hotel many times in the last few years and were not disappointed.

Hotel with pool and restaurant but not open to the customers

The bed and pillows

The hotel is advertised with a swimming pool. The first picture of the listing has a nice pool to attract customers. The listing in booking said the pool was open when we arrive but it wasn't. The pool area was fine but the receptionist told us it was closed, we arrived at 5 pm, it was sunny, the kids were so excited with the idea after travelling 7 hours in a hot day. We booked this hotel for that reason, so disappointing! We booked a family room, whoever has designed the distribution of the hotel should be retrained. How can you put families with children on the top floor. The lift to get to the top rooms was not even in the entrance lobby, you have to go through a narrow corridor to get to the lift. The room toilet is on one side but the sink and the shower are on the other side of the room? Who has designed this!! So you go to the toilet and after you have to go to the other side of the room to wash your hands?? The bar and outdoor seating areas as well as the pool area was all closed. They look great but they aren't open, What is the point of that. The hotel car park was full of cars yet there are no facilities open. Please don't get tricked by the pool images because they are only there to mislead you.
