This hotel is unacceptable on many levels.

The proximity to bercy station.

It was catastrophic. The room was dirty with food and sticky marks on the table and when i showed it to the manager after he refused to change my room, he shouted at me “that’s it? is that what’s bothering you? Were you planning on sleeping on the table?”. And then he aggressively ripped the bedsheets off the bed claiming that i left a crease by sitting on the bed for 2 mins. There were hairs from another person stuck in the hairdryer, holes in the walls and peeling paint everywhere. There were weeks worth of dust in the bathroom fan. I was shaken and felt unsafe.

Friendly service at an independent hotel

At last I have found a pleasant hotel near the Accor Arena and the Flixbus station. The reception staff were welcoming. My room overlooked the train station but it was well sound proofed and I slept OK. It was good value for money.

The only downside was there were a few problems with the breakfast, The scrambled eggs and sausages were delicious, but cold. Another guest asked for them to be reheated, but they were still cold. Then there was a problem with the coffee machine. Also the shower was in the bathtub, but there was no safety mat or grab rail so I was afraid of slipping. I put a towel in to stand on.

We came later than 11 pm by taxi and were so tired. The Hotel receptionist was helping us to have room that was booked at last second. We had two reservations and didn't change a room after reservation expired. It was nice! In front of hotel is metro station and around the corner is train station. So, it is very comfortable place to stay. It was quit at night to sleep well! Our windows were to the garden. Hotel help to store our bags at last day.

The room was run down and the bedding covered in hairs. Shabby.

Window opening up into a green court yard. Location being near my favourite park, Parc de Bercy and within walking distance of Gare de Lyon.

There were black hairs everywhere: on the mattress on the mattress cover, inside the pillows, on the pillow covers, in the bathroom sink and in the shower on the floor. I also didn't like that someone dropped a towel on the staircase outside the building which was going brown from being exposed. The shower was decoratively edged by a strip of pebbles sunk in render. This seemed unhygienic (how do you clean a bumpy surface like that properly?) and was uncomfortable, almost painful to stand on. You had to step on this to reach the shower. The towels were not folder properly but thrown on the towel rail, as if they'd been used but folded quickly and put back. The wallpaper was stained, the paint was peeling off the desk, the chair and stool seats were grubby.

Disappointed

On the booking.com website, it was indicated that there was a safe in the room. When we arrived in the room we found that the safe was permanently locked. We went downstairs to talk to the reception and they told us that no safe in any room was to be used (technical issues and as the staff said, it’s to much of a trouble for them). One of the reasons that we booked this hotel was to have a safe to put our valuables when we were out and about in Paris. We find it very ordinary from them. The towels for our shower were hand towels, no full size towels in the room. When we checked out a 4:45am, the reception was having trouble finding our contract to close it. Finally, it’s really just a room.

Room very smelly and very noisy, impossible to sleep with the windows closed, and no lactofree alternatives for the breakfast, needed some more english speaking people. Room very tiny for two people impossiblw to walk inside

Good location for the Accor arena and local cafes and restaurants. Room was satisfactory and the beds comfortable. Staff were helpful

Avoid rooms adjacent to stair well, creates odd shape room which was difficult to store luggage. Patrons using stairs at night very noisy. Lift very small.

Did the job but could do better

Staff were friendly maid service was good and breakfast was good with lots of choice.

Very small room with only 1 plug socket available it was very noisy. The carpet was stained, and the bath looked dirty but was covered in scratch marks. Very little storage space for your belongings.

Good location to travel to Disney and/or the city. Several restaurants and grocery stores are quite close. Comfy bed, renovated bathroom.

Room was quite dated (except for the bathroom), beds were missing the colourful blankets/pillows shown on the images, so they look a bit plain. Cleanliness could be better (dusty ceiling lamps, etc.).

The room didn't look like what it was advertised to us on booking.com.. The bed was very uncomfortable and the orientation of the bathroom was difficult to navigate. The sink was directly over the toilet.

Very good

The hotel is clean and good but the rate is very high.Be careful with the girl at the reception and take the payment confirmation slip. I went to vacate the room, I explained that I have paid for two days, but the girl and her partner did not agree and I was told that the hotel is fully booked and you should vacate the room. I contacted booking.com again. Booked a room in the hotel and stayed there for one more day, so don't deal with the staff.
