The location and staff were outstanding. We had excellent communication about our needs prior to our visit with quick response.

It was not necessarily a dislike, but an inconvenience more or less. Our trip was over New Years so the weather was cold. The room was warm due to the heat being on with no way to turn it off. We did open the window which helped immensely

The location is perfect. There are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Roman was great and gave us amazing recommendations. All the staff are delightful.

It was very chic and the staff was exceptional. We had a lot of last minute questions and requests, and the handled them perfectly.

As two women travelers, we felt uncomfortable when we had to wait for someone to answer the door for several minutes. It was only 11 but it felt a bit unsafe.

Beautiful, comfortable, warm and friendly!

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel. The decor and comfort were excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything you needed was provided, and an extra nice touch was the complimentary wine served at seven o’clock! 🥂

Reception excellent - friendly and helpful. The room was excellent in every way. Breakfast also very good albeit a little expensive.

The breakfast room is rather small although very pleasant. There is no dinner service - but plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes walk - so not an issue. Really there is nothing to dislike.

Great location away from foot traffic, great amenities.

Breakfast was impeccable with plenty of selection. Close to the Montparnasse train station. Beds were very comfortable and rooms air conditioned.

I loved everything with this place. Just be aware that elevators are small, but sufficient to carry 2 passengers with full luggages.

A hidden gem to stay in Paris!

Very comfortable, quiet and clean room! Was greeted with a lovely surprise of a rose bottle. The Hotel has a delicious breakfast and is so central!

An excellent place to stay for first time vacation to Paris

The property was very nice and the hotel was high quality. The decor looked lovely. The staff all spoke English and were very cordial and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was well furnished and the bed comfortable. The website was very helpful and it was easy to stay in contact with the front desk.

The property is clean and the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the aperitif that was available every evening. The seating areas at the lobby are also great because you can hang out there in the evening after a long day of sightseeing.

Great location, clean modern hotel

Very welcoming, staff extremely helpful Lounge opened at 6:30pm for drinks, canapés and games- all free! Reception 24 hour so didn’t need to take the key out There’s a lift for the heavy suitcases!! Modern looking interior for the reception and rooms. Super clean Close to train station Walking distance to a lot of sights Quiet location

The pillows didn’t leave much to be desired for me. I tried every single one available in the room but all were too uncomfortable for me to get a decent nights sleep. Parter had a great sleep though so it’s hit and miss. I would prefer to have a choice of firmness as some hotels have extra choice in the cupboard. Our extras were all the same On a chilled holiday I could cope with not sleeping too well but on a touristy holiday you really need the energy for the walking. The pillows is literally the only thing I would say I didn’t like so on the whole I think that’s pretty good

I really appreciate the attitud of the personal! They were really nice with us, even when we did a mistake with the reservation, they were able to extend our stay! And helps us yo get a taxi at 3 am to get to the airport! They were really nice people!! The location of the hotel is really good

I think everything was good!! The only little thing (that it is not a problem) is that they asked us to deliver our key when we go outside, and when back, they return the key to us, but i think everything is good!! 😀

Lovely room - not too small considering most rooms in Paris can be quite small - fabulous decor throughout the hotel - very friendly staff - great location - very central for sightseeing.

The shower was a bit inefficient - the showerhead was pretty small and hadn't got great water pressure - I assume because of older plumbing as the building is obviously quite old...it was ok for the couple of days that you might be there - good size bathroom otherwise.

they serve really good breakfast with good price, we took breakfast everyday, they cleaned up our room everyday, thats really nice thing! clean room, we love it!

its really small room we have, but its like that all hotels in Paris, its hard for us to move around esp, when we have baby stroller with us..
