Very nice, the hosts were great and tge breakfast was very good - but repetitive.

The room was a little bit claustrofobic with a window that could not be opened. The fact that they request to pay cash.

Great apartment for your holidays, if you have budget constrains, with great hosts. Can recommend.

It's place is very good, close enough to Bled and easy to get there even if you come with bikes or bicycles. The host is a very helpful family, they speak English, German, and a bit of Russian too. They turned on the air-con before our arrival, so we could enjoy a clean and cool room after a day-long travel in the scorching heat. They also know the places around and can give you advice about places of interest, restaurants, etc. You can choose from various foods during breakfast, their homemade omlette was delicious too.

The only thing, that could improve the apartment is a microwave oven, but other than that, everything was great.

Very nice family B&B. Strongly recommended!

Located in Zasip, one of the adjacent village of Bled, the location is 30 minutes walking to the lake Bled, a very nice walking surrounded by beautiful mountain panorama and beautiful houses on the way. The three stars B&B is very welcoming with one of the nicest host couple that I have met during my many travels. The premise is situated in a quiet area, is well maintained and taken care by the owners. The breakfast is good with a good selection of cheese, cold cuts, eggs made on request, fruits, yogurts, cereals, sweets and good coffee. The room is nice and functional. Everybody has a parking place inside of the yard.

Wonderful

A cute place in a wonderful village, the lady is so nice we really felt at home. I recommend at 100%, specially if you need calm and rest in a charming place. The lake is really close from it by car and you have wonderful hike around. Special mention for the breakfast : 10/10

Perfect breakfast, beautiful view, close to attractions but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

Breakfast had a wide variety of homemade items such as eggs, cake and juices. Rooms were were neat and clean, everything functioned. The family owned property is quiet and picturesque. Mountain view in the back. Free bus connection to and around the Bled lake, parking there is scarce and expensive. Vintgar gorge, restaurant and mercado within walking distance. Wifi great throughout.

Comfy family-operated B&B

Very nice accomodation with extremely friendly owners! Breakfast is also really good, with a varied choice of fresh food with even some home-baked goodies. Location was perfect for us as well. All in all we'd definitely recommend Apartments & Rooms Preseren to anyone looking for accomodation near Bled.

A perfect stay in a lovely village where we experienced a slice of real Slovenian rural life.

The owners are delightful - so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and included homemade cakes and strudels. the village, just above Lake Bled, is gorgeous. highly recommended.

We came by car but then walked only by foot - you can see the mountains all the time practicly regardless of where you went. Super clean everywhere. Great host, Great and comfortable apartment.

We were served what we asked for during breakfast, the owners were extremely nice and helpfull in everything. The rooms were as hot as we wanted, I was afraid to have cold rooms in the mountains, but just the opposite. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderfull surroundings.

Maybe the furniture is a bit dated and the extractor fan in the bathroom a bit noisy, but these are just suggestions to improve even more! Very nice place!

In a very beatiful village; there was enought room for a bigger car for parking; many hiking trails nearby and also many other sightseeing. Free coffee in the morning; very plesant and friendly owner. There was everything in the kitchen that needed.

Youth hostel quality placed in rural environment for the price of a fancy apartment.

It is very well located to reach anything with car in 5-10 minutes. The host was very kind and available when needed. The kitchen and bath is properly equipped.

It is actually a hostel, not really a pansion. It was a big room with a gallery to sleep 4-5, not a living room with separate bedroom. The beds were small and not really comfy. But the major problem is the lack of mosquito nets and air conditioning! If you let the windows open, you have mosquitos and flys by the dozen - this is a rural area. Plus, each morning, from 5 am, you have the whole village fauna giving a concert - cows, ducks, dogs, tractors... If you close the window, you have a hot and steamy apartment without air conditioning. Not a happy choice....

Lovely Apartment

We love how accommodating they are! The parking was safe and spacious. The breakfast was good. It was 7minutes from the Bled but I love the farm style. The owner was so freibdly.

We are use to farm houses so no complains at all :) It was surprisingly quiet and I didn’t smell anything when we are inside the apartment!

It was a good stay. The rooms were clean and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The homemade breakfast was also great.

The bedding could be more comfortable. The plastic kettle in our kitchen should be replaced with steel. The drain cover in the shower, should be replaced as it clogs water.

Extremely helpful staff, great location!

Very friendly and helpful owner. He gave lots of great suggestions to explore the lake and the wider area. The lake is about a 30 minute walk away, and the way is very pleasant. There are also a lot of cycling options in the area. It was nice to stay outside of Bled city centre to avoid most of the other tourists. Also, the restaurant nearby the accommodation was very adequate and good value.
