Holiday Inn Lisbon by IHG

The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I would particularly like to thank Francelino, the Front Office Manager, for the trust and kindness he showed us. Our daughter is temporarily living in Lisbon, and Francelino kindly lent us something that she needed without asking for any deposit or security. We really appreciated this gesture and, above all, the trust behind it. It was a level of personal service that we will remember. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good with everything we needed. Overall, the hotel offers very good value for money. It is not an expensive luxury hotel, nor does it pretend to be one. Instead, it provides exactly what you should expect: a clean, comfortable and well run hotel with excellent service and genuinely friendly staff.

There is honestly very little to criticise. The only disappointment was that the swimming pool was closed during our stay because it is currently being renovated. Of course, renovations are sometimes necessary, so we understand the reason. Apart from this, we really have no suggestions for improvement.

Standard hotem, you get exactly what you pay for and what you expect. This particular hotel undergoing a renovation so th epool was closed and roof bar. But we were for 1 night only to stop before red eye flight in the morning so we did't care much. Convinient location f you continue to the airport, only 15 min drive in the morning. Nice staff in the reception. Didn't had a chance to try a breakfast.
