Spacious room, kettle, private bathroom, hairdryer, fridge and microwave oven in the common area. Plus, cable TV and good location.
I had an amazing check-in with the Brazilian guy, I forgot his name. He was very kind to help me with everything I needed. And the check-in a little earlier.
Neighbors could smoke, but I was very lucky to have a very polite lady most of the stay. Bear in mind you can hear people upstairs and Wi-Fi connection is low, but what really upset me was that in the first day they took all my food from the fridge and then gave it back some of it 2 days later, because they said it was a mistake and the last day a lady who never answered to my questions knocked at 9am to ask when I'd check-out and I had already told reception the previous day as I wanted to rest on Sunday.

Affordable and very central
You could hear everything from the room next door. Toilets going off, people on the phone at 7am. Dogs barking. The walls are literally made of paper. It was a 7 story walk up because the elevator had been broken for 2 days
