Location.

Thin walls, noisy neighbors.

Great location right next to Saldanha metro station. The room was clean, en suite bathroom was also clean.

The bed was a little short. The overall condition of the building is a little bit run down. But for me it wasn't really a problem for a few nights and the place is definitely good value for money for short stays.

I like the fact that it was so near Sunway and City Centre, the staff was nice as well and the room clean.

The room it was expensive for what they offer. It was a basic room just for sleep.

The location was good. There’s a car park nearby and a good supermarket just down the corner. There’s quite a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby as well. Metro station is very close. The beds were comfortable and the AC very much appreciated.

The “bathroom” was very tiny and the sink was in the main area of the room rather than in the bathroom. The elevator was out most of our second day so we had to climb up and down to the 7th floor. There was a lot of remodeling ongoing in the staircase but that’s not something the establishment is liable for so can’t hold it against them. It would have been better if they have put a sign in each floor rather than just on the 4th one where the reception is. Linen was exactly spotless clean and there was a funky smell in the corridor leading to our room. The single bed in Our room (707) was right next to the water balloon. It wouldn’t be an issue if the water balloon wasn’t encased in some wobbly wood planks case that my daughter bumped into every time she got in or out of her bed.
