    Special shoutout to the staff taking the phone call at night. I got my booking wrong and the staff was so nice and helped me to change the date very quickly. Overall a great stay, nice location as well.

    A good 3 star. Welxome coffee and water in the room. Then yiu need to pay for it... Toiletries not replenished either. Bidet is a plus, just don't burn your private parts with the boiling water... The hotel labels the rooms as double which is not true! The out together 2 twin beds which eventually fall apart each night. Definitely not for couples. Some of thr front desk staff very friendly, some of them much less. Elevator is a plus. Nice lemongrass scent in the lobby. Bathrooms need an upgrade.
